Golden Rule BlondeThis German-style Kolsch is lightly malty with a slightly assertive Crystal hop character. Subtle, but not boring. 5.3% ABV
Autumn BockRich and malty, this copper-colored beer is brewed with lots of German Munich malt and fermented with lager yeast. Hops are used to provide balance in the finish. 6.8% ABV.
WeizenbockA special, super-malty, full-bodied, strong version of our Bavarian-style wheat beer. The banana and clove notes are produced by the yeast. 7.2% ABV
GoseThis little-known style originated in Leipzig, Germany. Fermented with both brewers yeast and lactic acid-producing bacteria, the beer is lively and tart with citrus notes provided by coriander. A bit of salt is used to round out the malt sweetness to help balance the finish. 5.6% ABV
Belgian-style Sour BrownA malty, Belgian-style brown ale fermented with two kinds of yeast and lactic acid-producing bacteria. The aroma is of sour cherries and caramel malt while the flavor is a balance of sweet and sour. 5.8% ABV
Smoked PorterRich and malty, this dark ale is brewed with beech wood- smoked malt, giving it a somewhat more than subtle smoke character. Mocha notes are derived from roasted malts, hops are subdued. 5.6% ABV
Druthers AmberBrewed in the style of an English Extra Special Bitter, but with American hops. Rich and malty up front with some hop fruitiness followed by a balanced, bitter finish. 7.2% ABV
Fist of Karma BrownAn American brown ale that really kicks ass with a balance of hop and malt character. The aroma and flavor are hop forward (Crystal and Amarillo), but rich Munich malt more than balances. 5.6% ABV.
All In IPAThis is a hoppy, American-style India pale ale. A new hop known as “483” is blended with Amarillo and Crystal for aroma, with Horizon providing a strong yet smoothly bitter finish. German Vienna malt is there to provide balance. 6.5% ABV.
